Kara brings a wealth of expertise to Biomechania, combining strong academic credentials and extensive professional experience. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2013, completed a Master’s degree at La Trobe University, and became an APA Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist in 2020.

Her career includes roles in private practice and professional sport in Australia and the UK, working with the Sydney Swans Academy, Sydney Roosters, and Edinburgh Rugby. Kara also contributed to the preparation and recovery of elite athletes in Scotland for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Specialising in lower back, knee, ankle, and soft tissue injuries, Kara takes an individualised approach to care. She integrates manual therapy, Pilates, and strength training to achieve effective, long-term outcomes.

Kara returned to Sydney in November 2024 to reconnect with family and enjoy the Australian lifestyle. Outside work, she stays active with gym training, cycling, golf, and Pilates, and loves exploring the city’s vibrant restaurants and cafés.
